Sue-Anne Toh
Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director
Dr Sue-Anne Toh is a healthcare leader with over 20 years' experience in clinical care, academic research and health systems administration. She is an internationally recognised key opinion leader in diabetes, metabolic health, weight management and population health. She is Adjunct Associate Professor, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore, Honorary Senior Consultant and Director, National University Hospital and founding Director of the Singapore Population Health Improvement Centre (SPHERiC).
She was formerly Senior Consultant, Endocrinology, at the National University Hospital (NUH) and Director, Regional Health System Office, National University Health System (NUHS). She leads one of the world's largest comprehensive studies on progression to diabetes in Asian populations. She has been a member of clinical, scientific research and innovation leadership committees, such as Singapore's Ministry of Health Lipid Clinical Practice Guidelines, Diabetes Research Taskforce, National Telehealth Implementation, Outpatient to Community Care, Precision Medicine: Clinical Practice Adoption and Screening Test Review Committee. She also represents Singapore at a number of regional and global advisory committees in diabetes, obesity, health technology and medical innovation. Dr Toh is a recipient of American Heart Association Awards, Singapore's National Medical Research Council Clinician Scientist Award, Public Service (PS21) Gold Award and National Healthcare Innovation and Productivity Excellence Champion Medal.
Dr Toh graduated from medical school with honours from the University of Cambridge in 2002. She obtained her postgraduate specialist qualifications in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology from the American Board of Internal Medicine, as well as a Master of Science in Translational Research from the University of Pennsylvania. She has trained and worked at top tier academic health systems globally including Addenbrooke's hospital of University of Cambridge, UK, Joslin Diabetes Center and Massachusetts General Hospital of Harvard Medical School, Temple University Hospital, and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, USA.
Kyle Tan
Founder, Chief Product and Business Development Officer
Dr Kyle Tan is a Preventive Medicine Specialist. He has more than 10 years of clinical experience and has practised in the primary care, tertiary hospital and community settings.
Dr Tan has a keen interest in chronic disease prevention and management and has designed and implemented multiple screening, preventive health and chronic disease management programmes.
He continues to be Adjunct Assistant Professor at the NUS Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health.
Dr Tan was formerly Deputy Head (Planning and Development), Regional Health System Planning Office and Consultant in Preventive Medicine at the NUHS, where he shaped NUHS' population health strategy. He was previously heavily involved in the development of the Ministry of Health's (MOH) 'Action Plan for Successful Ageing', for which he received the Permanent Secretary for Health Award for his national-level contribution.
Alexey Pakhomov
Head of Engineering
Mr Alexey Pakhomov is a technical leader with more than 15 years of experience in technology and entrepreneurship.
He has worked across numerous industries, ranging from corporate travel to online gaming to ride sharing. His largest undertaking was starting and scaling a corporate travel company over the course of eight years, where he expanded operations across multiple offices around the world.
Alexey holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. His passions include health and longevity, quantified-self biohacking, entrepreneurship, and sustainability.
Jacqueline Tay
Head of Growth & Marketing
Ms Jacqueline Tay is a commercial leader with 16 years of healthcare experience driving growth in marketing, strategy, business model innovation & partnerships. She has worked across medical devices, consumables, and capital equipment spanning different healthcare verticals including interventional (cardiovascular), chronic disease (diabetes, ostomy), and surgical robotics (orthopedics).
Jacqueline has launched new product and service verticals across multiple markets in the Asia Pacific region and scaled upstart businesses while building digital marketing, sales, and service teams in her roles at Medtronic, ConvaTec and J&J. Prior to this, she held roles in venture capital and investment banking in the US, focused on healthcare.
Jacqueline has a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Cornell University and a dual MBA/MPH degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Her interests lie in leveraging technology and data, and new business models to improve access to health and wellbeing.

Elizabeth is a Senior Dietitian with over 9 years of experience in medical nutrition therapy, particularly in managing chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension.She specializes in renal nutrition and is passionate about nutrition education and advocacy. She has conducted numerous dietary group sessions and cooking demonstrations to promote healthy eating among the public.
Joel Chia
Senior Dietitian
Joel is a Senior Dietitian with over 6 years of experience in acute settings, including sports nutrition, weight management, and chronic disease management. He has been involved in global initiatives promoting physical activity in preventive healthcare and has served as a Clinical Supervisor for student dietitians. Joel holds a First-Class Honours Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Flinders University and is certified in several fitness-related and sports nutrition disciplines.
Chad Han
Senior Dietitian
Chad is a Senior Dietitian and an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Dietitians Australia. He has over 10 years of experience in medical nutrition therapy across Singapore and Australia, with a PhD in nutrition and dietetics from Flinders University. Chad has published extensively on topics like telehealth in diabetes management and is actively researching ways to improve health services for chronic diseases.
Mee Li Yap
Senior Dietitian
Mee Li is a Senior Dietitian with over 10 years of clinical experience, focusing on diabetes management and lifestyle interventions. She has served as the Clinical Lead Dietitian for Diabetes at KTPH Diabetes Centre and has been involved in research and quality improvement projects. Mee Li is passionate about using medical nutrition therapy to help individuals with various medical conditions.
Sylvester Goh
Health Coach (Fitness)
Sylvester is a Senior Health Coach with over 10 years of experience in Personal Training, specializing in body recomposition, fitness and nutrition coaching. He has helped to coach numerous clients from various health conditions, helping them to reverse/ better their conditions through sustainable methods based on scientifically proven solutions. He holds multiple certifications, including specializations in Bodybuilding, Sports Nutrition and Personal Training.
Salam Bin Ismail
Health Coach (Fitness)
Salam is a Health Coach specializing in weight loss, body conditioning, and strength training. He was the personal trainer for The Biggest Loser Asia Season 2 winner and has experience working with specialist doctors to develop training programs for individuals with serious health issues and sportsmen.
Angena Teo
Senior Dietitian
Angena is a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (USA) and an Accredited Dietitian of Singapore with the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association. She specializes in chronic disease prevention and management, with a focus on empowering individuals to make sustainable dietary changes. Angena's expertise spans pre- and post-natal nutrition, weight management, and nutrition support for older adults. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from Rutgers University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Leeds.
Dr Todd On
Associate Consultant, Family Physician
Dr Todd On is an Associate Consultant, Family Physician with 13 years of clinical experience in tertiary hospital and community settings. He has cared for patients across age groups, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care for both acute and chronic conditions. Dr On has led multiple quality improvement projects, including a smoking cessation programme and a collaboration to reduce lower limb amputation in diabetic patients. He is also passionate about teaching, serving as a Faculty Tutor and Mentor at the College of Family Physicians Singapore, where he has received multiple teaching awards.
Dr Yeo Junjie
Family Physician
Dr Yeo Junjie is a Family Physician with clinical expertise in chronic disease and weight management. He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Duke-NUS and a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine. Dr Yeo has experience in managing such conditions as obesity, diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. He has been involved in preventive and public education initiatives, including community health screenings and talks.

Liu Qing is a Senior Staff Nurse with over 10 years of experience in both hospital and home-based settings. She is skilled in patient care across a wide variety of medical and surgical conditions, including pain management and chemotherapy administration. Liu Qing holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Curtin University and a Diploma in Nursing from Parkway College Singapore.
